The problem

Selling into India is a six-headed problem.

  • Warehouse

Shipping every order from Dhaka takes weeks, and returns cost more than the sale.

  • Courier contracts

Delhivery and Bluedart only sign Indian entities, and price hard on volume you can’t promise.

  • COD confirmation

Without a Hindi call-confirm team, RTO reaches 40% or more — every dispatched parcel loses money.

  • Warehouse ops

Receive, pick, pack, dispatch, RTO — a full operation you would otherwise have to staff.

  • Money

Indian bank accounts, GST invoicing, COD reconciliation, and remittance back to Bangladesh.

  • Support

Indian customers expect help in Hindi, delivered within a working day.

Building this yourself takes 6+ months, ₹50 lakh+, and an Indian company. Most sellers never try.

How it works

Four steps, end-to-end.

  1. 01

    Ship stock once

You send inventory to our Indian warehouse. We receive it into a real WMS — bin-level, batch, FIFO/FEFO.

  2. 02

    We confirm by phone

Every buyer gets a call before we dispatch. No answer → we re-attempt; unreachable → the order routes to NDR, not to the courier.

  3. 03

    Pick, pack, dispatch

Confirmed orders ship through Delhivery’s API. When a PIN is non-serviceable, we hand off to a backup courier and you never see it.

  4. 04

    Tracked to the door

Webhook-driven tracking, public AWB lookup for your customers, and inspected RTOs with transparent stock write-back.

Why Skydrop

Built specifically for the BD → IN lane.

Signature capability

Every COD order confirmed by phone.

Agents log every attempt. Unreachable orders never dispatch. The single biggest lever on RTO — and the one nobody else bothers to pull.

without call-confirm

A real WMS, not a spreadsheet

Bins, batches, append-only stock ledger, low-stock alerts.

Delhivery + backup couriers

API-primary; non-serviceable PINs quietly re-routed.

Transparent RTO

Returns inspected; restock or write-off is your call, per item.

Operational reports

Confirm-rate, NDR-rate, RTO-rate, dispatch times — the numbers you need.

You stay in Bangladesh

No Indian office, staff, or GST registration to start.
